How much notice do you need for orders?

We are next-day delivery specialists! Simply place your order before 11:30pm the night before and your order will be ready for dispatch the following morning. We do recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak periods such as seasonal events, awareness campaigns, large corporate orders or custom logo orders.

Do you offer delivery and click & collect?

Yes! We offer delivery across Melbourne suburbs, plus Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post on selected products including our custom shortbread cookies and chunky cookies. Click & collect is also available from our stores at Highpoint Shopping Centre, 353 Little Bourke Street in the Melbourne CBD, and our head office in West Footscray. Delivery availability and options can be viewed at checkout.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we offer limited same day delivery slots across Melbourne for orders placed before 11:30am. While we always do our best to accommodate same day requests, availability may be limited during peak seasons or once we reach daily capacity.

Do you offer priority delivery?

Yes, we do. We understand how important delivery timing can be, especially for events and corporate functions. Due to limited daily capacity, priority deliveries must be arranged directly with our customer service team and confirmed in advance. Please note: adding delivery requests in the order notes section does not guarantee priority delivery.

How should I store my cupcakes or cake?

Our cupcakes and cakes are best enjoyed fresh, however when stored correctly they can be enjoyed for up to 3 days. Cupcakes should be kept closed in the gift box provided and stored at room temperature (around 20°C) and away from direct sunlight or heat. Cakes should generally be refrigerated and brought back to room temperature before serving for the best flavour and texture.

Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?

Yes! We offer a range of gluten free, vegan and allergy-conscious options. We are proudly certified by Coeliac Australia and have undergone stringent auditing procedures to help minimise the risk of cross contamination. Currently, only our gluten free collection contains nuts (almonds and walnuts). Our assorted gift boxes, classic collection and vegan collection do not contain nuts. Please note that all products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment, so traces of allergens may still be present. If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact our team before ordering.
