All cupcake and cake orders can be placed either online, in person at one of our stores or over the phone on our dedicated customer service line (03) 9077 4542. Our customer service hours are MON – FRI: 9:00am – 4:00pm and SAT: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Yes you can! At Cupcake Central, we offer a gift message tied with our signature satin blue ribbon for $2.00 per order.
Yes you can! We do require at least 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date so our team can amend this for you. Kindly contact us via email or phone and one of our customer service representatives will help organise this for you.
Once you have added your items to the cart and clicked "Check out", there will be a discount code/gift card section where you can add your unique code.
Yes we do! We have 2 click and collect locations. Highpoint store front: Open Saturday - Wednesday 9am-5pm & Thursday/Friday between 9am-6pm. West Footscray Dispatch centre: Monday to Friday 9am-4pm & Saturday 9m-1pm.
If you add an assorted gift box into your cart, you will receive an assortment of our delicious flavours. However, if you would like to customise your order and specify flavours, please add each individual flavour into your cart. Please note that in doing so, it will cost a little more than it would to purchase an assorted gift box.

Yes we do! (except on weekends or when we are at capacity) Orders must be placed before 12pm. Please note that this is subject to availability on the day ordered. If we cannot fulfil your order, you will get an email notification or call over the phone.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an SMS notification to the mobile phone number provided in your shipping details within 24 to 48 hours with further delivery information. This SMS will include a tracking link so you can keep an eye on delivery.
If your have already placed your order and received your order confirmation email, please contact us via email: service@cupcakecentral.com.au with the new address within 24 hours so our team can amend this as soon as possible. Please note that we aren't able to do address changes on the day of dispatch.
Please contact us via email or over the phone as soon as possible to see what we can arrange for you. Please note that drivers are able to leave your order at the delivery address if there is a safe and secure place to do so. You will be able to see proof of delivery via the tracking link you received, including photos. Please note that our drivers will not go upstairs, into apartments, into hospital rooms and go up building levels.
Please contact us over the phone as soon as possible to arrange a change of address at least 24 hours before your delivery date. If we have been provided with incorrect/insufficient details or if there is no one home to receive the delivery and we were not able to leave the delivery somewhere safe, you will incur a fee. Please understand, redelivering an order is not ideal for us either. It means your original order goes to waste, then remade, repacked and sent out with a courier again.
At this moment we are unable to guarantee specific time deliveries. All orders will be coming in their chosen time slot of either 9am-3pm or 12pm-6pm. If this will interfere with your current event, We do suggest having your order delivered the day prior as our cupcakes do last for up to 3 days once received. They just need to be placed in a cool space out of the sun until ready to serve.
Although we do try our best to deliver within the delivery window selected, there are times that elements outside our control my delay your order including traffic, the weather and unforeseen circumstances. For any orders running late, please contact our team immediately at 03 0977 45 42.
The minimum order for delivery is $35, plus $10-$15 delivery fee depending on your location which is calculated at the checkout point. We're also currently offering free delivery if you order $40 or above. Please note that free delivery is not applicable on weekends. You can get your delicious treats conveniently delivered to you for $8.
Yes we do! Currently our brownies, slices, shortbread and cookies are available for nation wide delivery. Please note that orders are dispatch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Australia Post Express delivery. For estimates on delivery windows, please visit the Australia's Post website. Please note that we are not liable for any damaged goods handled by Australia Post and are not accountable for delays.
Once your order has been placed & you have received your confirmation, we will have your order available for collection at the location, date & time selected.
We understand that life happens & you may not be able to collect your order anymore. Please send us an email at your earliest to inform our staff of any date changes for click & collect: service@cupcakecentral.com.au
Once you receive your cupcakes, keep them in an airtight container and store them at room temperature (about 20°C). When stored correctly, they can last up to 2-3 days. All our products are best consumed on the day.
Once you receive your cake, please place straight into the fridge. Please bring to room temperature at least 1 hour prior to serving. Consume within 3-5 days once served.
Our cookies have up to 5 days shelf life at room temperature. To extend shelf life, refrigerate or freeze cookies then thaw back to room temperature. For a baked fresh and gooey experience microwave the cookies for just 10-15 seconds!
Our Brownies and slices have up to 5 days shelf life at room temperature. Best to be consumed on the day.
We are able to accommodate this request. If you write "no nuts" in the note section when placing an order, our team will make sure that we won't place any nuts in your order. With that said, all our products are baked in the same environment, so there might be some traces of nuts. If the recipient is severely allergic, we won't recommend consuming our products.
Yes we do! Copake Central is Coeliac Australia Accredited! Currently we have a few Gluten free items on the menu. If you're hoping to browse what's on our menu, please go to this link: Gluten Free
At this point, our cupcakes are not certified Halal. All our flavours that have a vanilla cake or use vanilla frosting, contain vanilla extract. Please note that during the baking process, the alcohol is burned away. In our current collection of flavours, Devil's Food Chocolate and Vegan/Gluten Free chocolate do not contain vanilla extract.

Our standard sized cupcakes are approximately 7cm W x 6cm H, Whereas the mini cupcakes are 3.5cm W x 4cm H (around a bite size).
Our cakes currently come in 2 sizes. These are 6 & 8 inches. 6 Inch cakes generally serve 6 - 10 people and 8 inch cakes serve 10 - 14.
Payment for an online order can be made via the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Union pay. Our in store purchases accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & American Express
An order must be cancelled 2 business days before the required date, to be eligible for a refund. For cakes and custom orders (including, edible logo orders) we require 3 business days and for same day orders, within the hour of when you placed your order.

Currently, our minimum for wholesale orders start at $100. We understand that all businesses have different needs and capacities and we're happy to work with you to grow in your early stages working with us.
Our notice period is Monday - Friday 12pm each day for next day delivery.
