How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed either online, in person at one of our stores, or over the phone on our dedicated customer service line (03) 9077 4542. Our customer service hours are 9am to 4pm on weekdays, and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! In cart, tick the "Gift Message with Ribbon" box at checkout and enter your message in the text box below. For only $2 we will print your message onto a Cupcake Central gift tag and attached it onto your gift box a ribbon.
Where do you deliver to?
Please use the postcode checker above to check whether you are in our sweet zones.
Can I add something to my order once its been placed?
Yes, Of course. We require 1-2 business days notice, prior to your delivery so we can prepare. Kindly contact us via email or phone and one of our customer service representatives will help organise this for you.
How do I enter a discount/promo code or gift voucher?
Once you have added your items to the cart and clicked "Check out", there will be a discount code/gift card section where you can add your unique code.
Do you offer pick up options?
Yes! We have 3 locations you can pick your order up from. Our Highpoint store in Maribyrnong, Little Bourke Street Store in Melbourne CBD and our Head Office in West Footscray.
Can I pick specific flavours in my assorted gift box?
Yes, under CUPCAKES, look for BUILD A BOX where you can add individual flavours to your cart. Please be mindful that our gift boxes come in 6 and 12 for Cupcakes and 15 and 30 for minicupcakes or you will end up with empty slots!

How much do you charge for delivery?
Since 2008, we’ve always covered delivery, making it that little bit easier to treat yourself or surprise someone special. With rising costs, and after a lot of consideration, we’ve introduced a small $5 delivery fee on orders over $45. We’ve kept this as low as possible, while continuing to deliver the quality and care you know us for.
Do you do same day delivery?
Yes, we do! however, subject to availability. Orders must be placed before 12pm. If we cannot fulfil your order, you will get an email notification or call over the phone.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an SMS notification to the mobile phone number provided in your shipping details within 24 to 48 hours with further delivery information. This SMS will include a tracking link so you can keep an eye on delivery.
How do I amend my order?
Yes! Please contact us via phone or e-mail. For amendments to your order (change of date, change of address, substitutions or additions, cancellations) we require 1-2 business days notice and for custom orders, 3 business days.
What if no one is home to receive my order or the wrong address is supplied?
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct details and ensure that there is someone there to receive the order. If you have ticked "ATL" - whatever happens to the order after the driver has left is not our responsibility. Please double check your order details and contact us within the time frame required to amend the order. Redelivery costs will be incurred by purchaser.
Do you offer specific delivery times?
We do not have specific delivery times. If you require delivery by a specific time due to an event, please contact us directly. Depending on your location, we can often provide an estimation as to when the delivery will arrive. We do also offer priority delivery at a cost, and will always do our best to accommodate. We suggest that if your event is time sensitive, place your order for the day prior to your event and follow our storage instructions.
Do you deliver Australia Wide?
We do! Our shortbread custom cookies and chunky filled cookies can be shipped Australia wide via Australia post. Postage costs is $25 per gift box and is purely the delivery cost we incur from Australia post.
How can I store my cupcakes?
Place them somewhere safe, closed in their gift box, away from sunlight and in room temperature approximately 20C. When stored correctly, although still best eaten fresh you can enjoy them for up to 3 days.
How can I store my cake?
Keep the cake in the box and place it straight into the fridge. Please bring the cake to room temperature at least 1 hour prior to serving and keep it out of direct sunlight or heat. Consume within 3-5 days.
How can I store my cookies?
Our cookies should be kept somewhere safe, in an airtight container and enjoyed within 5 days. To extend shelf life, you can freeze the cookies then thaw them back to room temperature. For a baked fresh and gooey experience microwave the cookies for just 10-15 seconds! be careful because they do get hot!
How can I store my brownies and slices?
Place them somewhere safe, closed in their gift box, away from sunlight and in room temperature approximately 20C. When stored correctly, although still best eaten fresh you can enjoy them for up to 5 days.
Are your products Nut Free?
No, we are not a nut free bakery. If you have a severe allergy to nuts we advised to exercise caution. Our Classic and Vegan assorted Gift boxes are Nut Free however, our Gluten Free assorted Gift box contains Nuts (Carrot Cake - Walnuts and Lemon - Almonds). Our Snickers cake (Peanuts), Carrot Cake (Walnuts) and Nutella Cake (Hazelnuts) also contains nuts. Contact us if you would like to receive a full ingredient list.
Do you have Gluten free options?
Yes, we do! and We are proudly certified by Coeliac Australia. We have a range of the most delicious gluten-free cakes and cupcakes that you can browse by clicking here.
Are your products Halal?
While we are not Halal certified, we want to be transparent about our ingredients. Flavours that include vanilla cake or vanilla buttercream are made with vanilla extract, however the alcohol is baked out during the process. If you’re looking to avoid vanilla extract, our Devil’s Food Chocolate and Vegan/Gluten-Free Chocolate options do not contain it.

What payment options do you accept?
Payment for an online order can be made via the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay & Union pay. Our in store purchases accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & American Express
What is your cancellation policy?
An order must be cancelled 2 business days prior to the order date, to be eligible for a refund. For cakes and custom orders (including, edible logo orders) we require 3 business days and for same day orders, within the hour of when you placed your order, unless already dispatched.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes we do! We currently have a wide range of baked goodies with different price points to suit all business needs. Please contact wholesale@cupcakecentral.com.au so we can help you start your journey with us.
What is your minimum for wholesale quantities?
Currently, our minimum for wholesale orders start at $100. We understand that all businesses have different needs and capacities and we're happy to work with you to grow in your early stages working with us.
What is your notice period for wholesale orders?
Our notice period is Monday - Friday 12pm each day for next day delivery.
Do you offer Corporate Gifting?
Absolutely! it’s our specialty. Whether you’re sending gift boxes filled with seasonal cheer, supporting a meaningful campaign, or creating branded treats for clients or teams across multiple locations, we’re here to help. Priority deliveries?
Yes, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. As we have limited priority delivery slots per day, it is subject to availability and does incur a priority delivery cost. Please contact us.
