I don’t usually like cupcakes

…BUT! I had to change my tune for these!

As a coeliac, cupcakes are just something that I have learned to live without, whether because it’s a cross contamination nightmare, or because they taste like dry packed sand mixed with a near obscene amount of sugar.

However, Cupcake Central has made me thoroughly reevaluate them: these gluten-free cupcakes were moist, fluffy and with just the right amount of sweetness— absolutely DELICIOUS!!! They are pretty to look at too!

Aside from the amazing cupcakes themselves, I am also throughly impressed by Cupcake Central’s commitment to its gluten-free customers; Cupcake Central being Coeliac Association Accredited was definitely what gave me the courage to give these cupcakes a try. It’s a fantastic bonus that they also offer speedy delivery so that even coeliacs can satisfy a sweet craving conveniently.
