Tasted good but a bit disappointing

Have ordered gift boxes twice - first time some cupcakes arrived toppled over and stuck together.

Second time- Some icing had melted on arrival and some stuck together. Was disappointed that we received 2-3 of some flavours and none of the others shown on flavour card and in pics.
