
Description
A moist two-layered gluten free carrot cake, filled with a layer of cream cheese. Combed on the edges with cream cheese buttercream and decorated with star dollops on top. This cake is then garnished with a mix of candied carrots and crushed toffee walnut crumbs around the inside of the frosting and lightly dusted with cinnamon.
Storage: Refrigerate and bring to room temperature (20°C) before eating.
