A moist two-layered gluten free carrot cake, filled with a layer of cream cheese. Combed on the edges with cream cheese buttercream and decorated with star dollops on top. This cake is then garnished with a mix of candied carrots and crushed toffee walnut crumbs around the inside of the frosting and lightly dusted with cinnamon.

Storage: Refrigerate and bring to room temperature (20°C) before eating.

Storage

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. 20-30 minutes prior to serving, take the cake out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature (about 20°C).

Although it is best when consumed on the day you receive it, any leftover cake can last 3-5 days when stored correctly in an airtight container in the fridge.

Carrot Cake

Delivery was great and on time. The delivery driver was very sweet and waited for me to check the cake was delivered okay before driving off.
As for the cake, it was average. There is a little bit of a sour taste and unsure why. The cupcakes in this flavour are a lot better in my opinion.
