A moist, two-layer gluten-free carrot cake filled with smooth cream cheese. Finished with a combed edge of cream cheese buttercream and topped with star dollops, candied carrots, and crushed toffee walnut crumbs. Lightly dusted with cinnamon for the perfect finishing touch.

Storage Instructions
