Ingredients: Baking Powder, Bi Carb Soda, Brown Sugar, Carrots, Cinnamon, Cream Cheese, Eggs, Gluten Free Flour ((Dextrose Monohydrate, Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Thickeners (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Xanthan Gum), Vegetable Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids)), Icing Sugar, Oil, Orange Food Colouring, Salt, Sultanas, Unsalted Butter, Vanilla Extract, Vegetable Shortening, Walnuts, White Chocolate

Keep in an airtight container (or wrap the box in cling wrap) and store them at room temperature (about 20°C). When stored correctly, they can last up to 2-3 days. All our products are best to consumed on the day.
