- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Depending on the environment. 20-30 minutes prior to serving, allow the cake to come to room temp (20°C).
- Keep out of the sun.
- Best consumed fresh on the day.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
