Arrived warm, melted on a 32 degree day - inedible.

I was unable to use my cakes for my son’s party.

They arrived warm, the toppings melted, drooping. Some of the cakes weren’t in their holder and had roughed up against the wall of the box. Icing smeared on box and mess left on the cakes.

Worried about food poisoning I had to throw them out.

I called customer service straight away, sent an email as instructed. No response. I quickly made cakes myself for the party that afternoon.
