Delicious!

Beautifully decorated cake and it tasted very nice. I thought it would have a dense texture like mudcake but it was very light and spongy. Everyone enjoyed it and commented that it was not rich or heavy. Loved the addition of the lemon curd. Delicious! The delivery was quick and straight to my door. Easy....
