Yes, simply contact our team as soon as possible. If you need to change your delivery date, delivery address, quantities or artwork we will require 1 - 2 business days notice before the date of your order and you must receive confirmation from our team. We'll always do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters production.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are assessed based on how much preparation has already taken place. Custom logo products and personalised orders may not be eligible for a full refund once production has commenced.

If your artwork is ready to go and you know what you need, we generally require just 1 business day notice for our custom logo corporate orders. For larger, more complicated orders such as, orders that require multi location deliveries or details that still require confirmation or approval then a few business days notice is required.

For large event catering, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Advance notice allows us to prepare our baking schedule accordingly and ensure your order is delivered exactly when you need it. For a standard order that has no customisation 1-2 business days notice is all that is required.

We recommend placing your Multi location order in as soon as possible as they can get quite involved. Generally, for a standard multi-location order of 10 - 20 locations we would require 2 - 3 business days notice for locations above 30+ we would require at least 3 - 5 business days providing all details have been finalised and address' provided are correct.

Because our cupcakes are freshly baked and perishable, it's important someone is available to accept the delivery. If nobody is present, our courier will follow the delivery instructions provided where possible. Additional delivery charges will apply if redelivery is required.

We can print any high-quality image onto our custom logos and really only limited by your imagination. You can print your company logo, a graphic illustration and even photo. Just be mindful that the image will be cropped into a circle.

No, Many of our products are suitable for Halal diets however, we are not Halal certified. We use Vanilla extract in all our products except for our Vegan/Gluten Chocolate.
