We understand how important gluten free safety is for many of our customers. We do also bake gluten products however, we are proudly certified by Coeliac Australia, which means we have been independently audited to meet strict gluten free standards, ensuring ingredients, preparation methods, and staff training prevent the risk of gluten contamination for people with coeliac disease.

BAKING

  • Ingredients are stored separately.
  • Products are baked separately and at a dedicated time.
  • Products are placed on dedicated baking trays and trolleys.
  • Environment and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

PACKING

  • Products are placed in a dedicated area.

Our gluten free cupcakes are made with ingredients that meet strict gluten free standards. We follow rigorous preparation methods to avoid cross contamination, every team member is trained in gluten free food handling and our facility complies with coeliac safe practices.

We have one flavour, Choc Top that is both Gluten Free and Vegan.

Yes, our Carrot Cake contains crushed Walnuts and our Lemon Cake contains Almond meal in their cake bases. No loose nuts.

If you purchase any of our assorted gluten free gift boxes both these flavours are included in the assortment. It’s best to contact us or leave a clear note upon check out **NO NUTS** NUT ALLERGY.

Our customisation is limited to Custom logo toppers.
