Caster Sugar, Cake Flour, Icing Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Free Range Eggs, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Milk Powder, Solite, Cream Cheese, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest.

Keep in an airtight container (or wrap the box in cling wrap) and store them at room temperature (about 20°C). Alternatively, they can be stored in the fridge if a colder and denser texture is preferred.

When stored correctly, they can last up to 1-3 days. All our products are best when consumed on the day.
