Caster Sugar, Plain Flour (Wheat Flour), Eggs, Unsalted Butter, Lemon Juice (9.52%), White Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Vegetable Fat, Whey Powder (milk), Emulsifier (soy lecithin, 492), natural flavour), Lemon (1.09%), Thickened Cream (Pasteurised Cream (Milk), Thickeners (407, 412))

Keep in an airtight container (or wrap the box in cling wrap) and store them at room temperature (about 20°C). Alternatively, they can be stored in the fridge if a colder and denser texture is preferred.

When stored correctly, they can last up to 1-3 days. All our products are best when consumed on the day.
