Usually amazing cupcakes, but sent a Christmas batch to a family friend and they were all melted pretty disappointing..

My cupcakes were delivered in an atrocious state and I have not been able to connect with anyone via phone or online

Mini cupcake mess!

The Christmas mini cupcakes that were delivered looked nothing like the picture on the website. At least a third of the cupcakes had fallen over and crashed into each other in transit, the icing had melted and run into other cakes, the decorations were all over the place. It was a real mess. My plans for an attractive table centrepiece for a Christmas gathering were ruined. The company offered a replacement delivery at no cost which I appreciate, but it was too late for my get-together. The cakes that could be salvaged from the original box did taste nice even though they looked terrible.
